The fresher the lobster, the redder the meat will be on its outside and the white meat will be bright. We source our lobsters from local fishmonger Matthew Stevens: a family run business operating in St Ives since 1948.

The luxurious flavours and succulent textures you’ll experience are reflective of the fresh quality of our lobsters combined with our brigade of highly skilled chefs and rosette awarded dining.

Designed to be shared between two, enjoy your whole Cornish lobster with;

  • piri piri mayo or garlic mayo
  • heritage tomato salads
  • skin-on fries

Shell we talk crab?

Throughout the summer months, you’ll find the freshest ingredients on The Terrace menu that best reflects this vibrant season, including our whole Cornish dressed crab.

The sweetest, purest white meat is pulled from the soft main skeleton that holds the legs, providing a packed-with-flavour delight. The crab meat, garnished with fresh gremolata, is served with;

  • lemon dressed rocket
  • skin-on fries
  • granary bread

Delectable in every way, our dressed crab is perfect to satisfy any seafood craving. Also sourced from Matthew Stevens, our whole Cornish dressed crab is available now in The Terrace restaurant until the end of August. Choose between al fresco dining or from the comfort of inside with our floor to ceiling windows providing unparalleled sea views. Beachside dining at its best!
