Caitlin is a Level 2 gym instructor and primal movement coach with seven years experience teaching group fitness classes and 1:1 gym-based training. She is passionate about encouraging movement and believes everyone can find a form of exercise they love.

Tuesday and Thursday 9am-10am

Perfect for all fitness levels, AquaFit combines low-impact, water-based exercises to improve strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular health. Whether you want to tone muscles or simply enjoy a fun and refreshing workout.

£10 per session, held in The Spa pool. Enjoy a complimentary hot drink in The Spa Lounge after the session. Upgrades to day passes are available.
