Can I celebrate a birthday or anniversary?
Of course. Many guests choose The Headland for special occasions. Let us know when booking and we can help arrange extra touches, from a bottle in your room to a table with a view for dinner.
Can you arrange flowers, champagne or surprises?
Yes, our team can arrange flowers, champagne, chocolates and other special touches ahead of your arrival. Get in touch after booking with what you'd like, and we'll take care of the details.
Is exclusive hire available?
Exclusive use of parts of the hotel, or the whole property, can be arranged for weddings and events. Speak to our wedding team about availability and options.
What spaces do you have and what do they hold?
- The Morning Room and Little Fistral - each seat up to 12, ideal for intimate dinners and smaller gatherings.
- RenMor Private Dining - seats up to 40 guests.
- The Fistral Suite - seats up to 45 for a ceremony or seated meal and holds 60 for a drinks reception.
- The Lawn - open-air ceremonies with Fistral Beach laid out below.

In-house, all of it from canapés on the Lawn to the last plate of the evening.

Is there someone to run the day?
Your event will have a member of The Headland team on hand throughout the day. For a large wedding, we'd strongly recommend a Wedding Coordinator too. Do let us know if we could recommend some of our favourite local coordinators.
Where do ceremonies happen?
Ceremonies can be held in any of our private spaces or out on the headland with the Atlantic behind you. Every clifftop wedding needs a wet-weather plan and we always have a beautiful one ready.
What menu options do you offer?
For private dining, we have three set menus, updated with the seasons. Prefer something of your own? We'll work with our team to build a menu around you.
For meetings, a working lunch of sandwiches or a buffet and afternoon tea can be booked for any occasion that calls for it.
What's the daily delegate rate?
£50 per person, which covers:
- Hot drinks and pastries on arrival
- A working lunch
- A Cornish cream tea in the afternoon
- TVs and projectors, at no extra cost
Minimum numbers start from 5, depending on the space.
Are you taking bookings for 2027?
Yes - our 2026, 2027 and 2028 calendars are all open.
What sort of events do you host?
Weddings, proposals, birthdays, anniversaries, conferences, wakes - if you have a moment worth marking, we'll help you mark it.
What are the event timings?
Music until 11:30, carriages at midnight.
Is the practical stuff sorted?
Yes: AV, wifi and food is all sorted by us.
Can we bring our own decorations?
You're very welcome to bring decorations and make the space your own - we'd just ask you to have a read of our Events Sustainability Policy first, which we can email across to you.
