Thank you for submitting your application.

You will receive an email shortly advising you to wait for your application to be uploaded by the team before receiving a confirmation email to visit the hotel.

Due to unprecedented demand you may need to wait up to two weeks before visiting the hotel to receive your loyalty card. 

When you do receive a confirmation email to visit the hotel please remember.

  • Please bring along with you proof of photographic ID detailing your TR or PL postcode so we can check your eligibility and start to process your application. Unfortunately we cannot process applications through post or email and request the applicant visits the hotel in person.
  • Don’t forget to bring your smile as we will be taking your photo to display proudly on your loyalty card.
  • Dependant on the date/time of your visit our reception team may be busy so we ask for your patience while we complete your application and print your personalised loyalty card there and then.
