Introducing the Minni Parker Suite

We are delighted to announce our unique collaboration with Cornish textiles and homeware brand, Minni Parker.

Launching this month, the Minni Parker Best Family Suite is a celebration of heritage, sleek design and sustainability.

A Chance Encounter

The story of this partnership began quite literally on the tracks. A chance encounter on the Bodmin-to-Paddington train saw our Family Director, Veryan, sharing a table with designer Katharine Lawrie (known to her family as Minni).

Surrounded by a sea of fabric samples, they quickly realized they shared more than just a table, they shared a vision. Katharine’s work, inspired by a lifetime split between the Austrian Alps and the Cornish coast, perfectly bridges the gap between classic charm and contemporary warmth.

Alpine Soul meets Atlantic Views

The new suite showcases Katharine’s latest Edelweiss and Landhaus designs. Every element in the room has been chosen to bring a touch of something special to the everyday.

From the balcony, you can take in the wild Atlantic Ocean, while inside, the room hums with the warmth of the South West and the spirit of the Alps.

Rooted in British Craftsmanship

True to the Minni Parker ethos, every textile is milled, printed and sewn in England. We have also collaborated with a hand-picked collective of partners to bring this suite to life:

  • Still and Bloom: Handcrafted furniture from the West Country, created by founder Nick, who has spent many happy holidays here at The Headland.
  • Get Laid Beds & Hypnos: A bespoke bed upholstered in Minni Parker fabric, featuring a sustainable mattress crafted in conjunction with the Eden Project.
  • Little Greene: Beautifully pigmented, sustainable paints from the renowned independent British manufacturer.
  • Andy Pearce: Bespoke artwork from the Saltwalls Gallery in Newquay, continuing his journey with us following his 2024 residency.
