Live, Love, Give Locals Card Terms and Conditions

(To be read in conjunction with all Terms & Conditions)

      1. Anyone wishing to become a LLG Locals Card holder is required to complete the official application form online. 
      2. Once an application is accepted, a LLG Locals Card will be provided for the cardholder, which will remain the property of The Headland. 
      3. The LLG Locals Card must be collected at the hotel, as you will need to provide photographic ID and proof of permanent residence at a PL or TR postcode address. 
      4. Upon termination of the LLG Locals Card for whatever reason, the card will be returnable to the hotel on demand. Lost cards and those not returned when card holding ceases will be charged at £15 per card.
      5. LLG Locals Card holding is non-transferable.
      6. We reserve the right to refuse an application for a LLG Locals Card and we also reserve the right to refuse entry. 
      7. Being a LLG Locals Cardholder does not guarantee entry during peak periods when numbers are high or if a private event is being held for exclusive use. 
      8. If, in our opinion, we believe at any time that the LLG terms have been violated, we reserve the right to terminate the LLG Locals Card and cancel any reservations made. No compensation will be paid.
      9. Car parking is only available to LLG Locals Card members when enjoying hotel facilities. Proof of purchase will be required to avoid any parking charges.
      10. Benefits provided by the LLG Locals Card are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to withdraw these benefits at any time without notice.
      11. LLG Locals Card benefits cannot be combined with any promotional offers, set menus, or other discounted offers.
      12. The LLG Locals Card must be presented at the time of purchase. Benefits cannot be redeemed after a sale has been completed.
      13. The LLG Locals Cards are valid for one year from the date of application submission. Locals Card holders will need to reapply and resubmit proof of permanent residence each year to reactivate their card. Possible cardholder fees will be reviewed annually.
