Boardmasters Festival takes place over 11 different stages with a range of acts from international headliners to local acoustic performers. Most of the action takes place at picturesque Watergate Bay, but the beats can be felt across Newquay with music events taking place all over town. Fistral Beach During Boardmasters

Right out front of The Headland is the world-famous surfing spot, Fistral Beach. During Boardmasters Festival, Fistral Beach is a hub of activity, hosting pro surf, skate and BMX competitions, live music and DJ sets, visual arts, and beach yoga. It’s a cool spot to hang out during the festival, day or night.

How to Get to Boardmasters from The Headland

We’re in a unique position at The Headland. Set on the clifftop above Fistral Beach, we have a major part of the action right on our doorstep and within walking distance. The main stages of Watergate Bay are also just a 15-minute drive away.

Entry Restrictions to Boardmasters

Children are permitted at Boardmasters, but under 16s must be accompanied by an adult aged over 21, and each adult can only accompany a maximum of two children.
