Grounds View Rooms & Suites
Enjoying views of The AquaClub or The Headland’s grounds and nine-hole approach golf course (overlooking the car park below), these rooms are on the more sheltered side of the building. Ideal for those wishing to avoid those strong south-westerly winds that catch us Cornish-style when the storms barrel in.
As part of a two-year investment programme to renovate all the hotel rooms, some of our Grounds rooms have been refurbished in Spring 2022.
We have two Grounds view Suites, one newly refurbished, which has a six-foot double bed in the main bedroom, and a small lounge with a sofa bed for one child. The second suite, with traditional décor, has twin single beds in the children’s room and a six-foot double/twin bed in the main bedroom.
Grounds Family rooms have a double/twin bed and pull-down bunk beds (suitable for children up to 12 years – max height 160cm) in the main bedroom.

The view of the Aqua Club made our boys jump out of bed in the mornings, desperate for breakfast then swimming. The extra space in the suite helps to make a more relaxed holiday for us parents!
