Rebalance Spa Half Day

Twilight Spa
Enjoy 2 hours use of the Thermal Journey, inclusive of a hydrotherapy pool with bubble seats and swan neck jets, Cornish salt steam room, Swedish sauna, aromatherapy showers and jacuzzi. Conclude your evening with a £30 credit to enjoy dinner in the north lounge of Restaurant RenMor.

Stuck for time but in need of some 'me time'?
This half spa day is the perfect way to start your day! Dip your toes in the Thermal Journey for an hour to enjoy use of the hydrotherapy pool, Cornish salt steam room, Swedish sauna and jacuzzi, followed by an hours use of the fabulous indoor and outdoor swimming facilities at the Aqua Club. Relax into your day with a 45 minute treatment from one of the following options; wave stone massage, Indian Head massage or a skin booster facial. Finish off by enjoying a 1 course lunch served with a glass of fizz in our Spa Lounge.
Tea Time, Me Time
Monday - Thursday £90 per person
Friday - Sunday £100 per person
Relax and enjoy the Scrub & Mud Rhassoul treatment, followed by an afternoon tea in the Spa Lounge, use of the Thermal Journey for 1 hour and an hours use of the Aqua Club.
Your host will talk you through your own private treatment for two to include a full body exfoliation using a natural salt scrub, before you enter your private steam room where pots of indulgent and cleansing Rhassoul mud await you.
Relax and unwind as the room fills with steam, infusing the mud and cleansing your pores. Finally, feel fully invigorated as the tropical rain shower washes the clay from your skin leaving your skin feeling soft, smooth and nourished. Please note this treatment can only be booked for 2 people.

Pamper Me and Cream Tea

Enjoy a 55 minute OPI Pamper Manicure or Pedicure followed by a cream tea in the Spa Lounge. Our pamper nail treatments give you a touch of luxury, leaving your hands or feet looking and feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. All nail treatments include an application of the colour of your choice. A gel upgrade can be applied for an additional £10.

My Afternoon Tea Escape
Escape the every day and spend an afternoon at the spa. Beautifully designed with gentle curves and ambient lighting, the atmosphere is both refreshing and peaceful.
