Our Restaurant teams are made up of a variety of roles from runners, to Chef de Rang’s and Supervisors. It’s all about the desire to go above and beyond, exceeding expectations and providing flawless experiences. For many, their love of wine is just as great as their love of food, ensuring the perfect match for our diners.

Samphire Restaurant is our modern dining restaurant in a classic space, serving vibrant, relevant fare in a timeless setting with the perfect view. Our fine dining restaurant serves breakfast and dinner, and hosts our events and weddings, which can be for as many as 300. It’s all about impeccable service and timings, maintaining the perfect balance of formal dining with a personal Headland touch.
The Terrace is located just steps away from the famous sands of Fistral Beach, our vibrant rosette-awarded Terrace Restaurant offers a unique oceanfront dining experience. Our bistro style restaurant is popular with locals and residents alike, where they can enjoy coffee & cake, lunch, afternoon tea or dinner; it really is perfect for any time of day!
Exceptional customer service and expertly-muddled cocktails… Our experienced bar professionals have a genuine passion and interest in wines, ales, spirits and cocktails. Our team have a flair for wowing our guests with their impressive techniques, creating drinks that look just as good as they taste!
Our brigade are ambitious and passionate about working with fresh ingredients. They consistently deliver exceptional food, whether it’s for a single diner or an award ceremony for 300. A positive attitude and the ability to work well with others is a must in this challenging environment.

Samphire Kitchen provides exceptional food and has been awarded two Rosettes. Our menus change with the seasons, reflecting the best local produce from a small group of trusted suppliers.
Terrace Kitchen offers a relaxed selection of fresh local seafood, hearty pasta dishes, seasonal salads and irresistible daily specials. Open for lunch and dinner, the kitchen also provides afternoon tea and a light menu for the hotel’s lounges and spa lounge.
You will be working straight shifts and enjoy two of your days off together where possible!
