The Role

We are looking for an organised, enthusiastic Sous Chef with excellent leadership skills to assist the Sous and Head Chef in leading our Samphire kitchen brigade. The Samphire Kitchen provides exceptional food and our menus change with the seasons, reflecting the best local produce from a small group of trusted suppliers.

If you see yourself as a problem solver, ready to come up with on-the-spot solutions whilst leading our kitchen team from the front, we would love to hear from you!

Our ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role in a large kitchen team.

Salary and Contract

This is a permanent, full time position based on a 48 hour working week with two days off together wherever possible.

Annual salary of £29,999 paid monthly, based on experience plus tips.
