The Role

As our Commis Chef you will assist with food preparation and basic cooking under the supervision of our superb Chefs. You will show an incredible eagerness to learn and work closely with our tight-knit team, you will be responsible for ensuring that the senior chefs have the required food preparation for service to go smoothly.

You will be passionate about excellent food with a great eye for detail and have some previous experience of preparing and cooking food to suit a variety of guests. Working in a fast-paced environment, you will be able to demonstrate an ability to cope with a whole host of requests that may arise during service and remain positive with a calm disposition throughout.

Salary and Contract

This is a permanent, full time position based on a 48 hour working week working 5 days out of 7 including weekends and bank holidays.

Annual salary of £26,208.00 paid monthly, based on experience plus tips.
