The Role

Due to the increasing popularity of our incredible Full Afternoon Teas, we are looking to grow the pastry team at The Headland.

As our Chef de Partie you will be a key player to the Pastry team. You are communicative, a team player, conscious of others and know how to play your part, perfectly the mix. You live for quality in your art and would never accept second best. You are adventurous, keen and not afraid of hard work

You will be passionate about excellent food with a great eye for detail and have some proven previous experience. We are looking for someone with passion for the pastry section. Working in a fast-paced environment, you will be able to demonstrate an ability to cope with a whole host of requests that may arise during service and remain positive with a calm disposition throughout.

Salary and Contract

This is a permanent, full time position based on a 48 hour working week working 5 days out of 7 including weekends and bank holidays.

Annual salary of £26,956.00 paid monthly, based on experience plus tips.
