Samphire Kitchen provides exceptional food and has been awarded two Rosettes. Our menus change with the seasons, reflecting the best local produce from a small group of trusted suppliers.
Terrace Kitchen offers a relaxed selection of fresh local seafood, hearty pasta dishes, seasonal salads and irresistible daily specials. Open for lunch and dinner, the kitchen also provides afternoon tea and a light menu for the hotel’s lounges and spa lounge.
You will be working straight shifts and enjoy two of your days off together where possible!
