The Headland Hotel and Spa in Newquay is absolutely thrilled to have been awarded a gold award for customer service at the 2018 South West Tourism Awards.
Following their gold win at the recent Cornwall Tourism Awards the hotel this time triumphed over competition from tourism businesses across the whole region, from as far away as Wiltshire and Dorset.
This year’s awards ceremony was held in the Riviera Centre, Torquay with over 450 of the region’s top tourism professionals in attendance and was hosted by BBS Spotlight’s Victoria Graham.
Headland Hotel Managing Director Darryl Reburn said, “We are absolutely delighted to have been awarded this gold award. The fact that it recognises our high standards of customer service is particularly thrilling as it’s something as a team we always strive to offer at the highest possible standard. This award adds to an incredible 12 months for the Front of House Team at the hotel who were also finalists in the recent prestigious Hotel Catey’s.
