The following prices are per room per night, based on two people sharing. Included is a full English breakfast, full use of the Headland's facilities and VAT at 17.5%.

Single occupancy of a double room is 70% of the listed price and is subject to availability. Suites with a separate sitting room are £40 per night extra, four poster beds are £15 per night extra.
During peak period, stay restrictions may apply, as determined by the hotel. There is no allowance for meals missed or rooms not occupied for the full period of the booking.

Dinner, bed and breakfast rates
No need to worry about where to dine in the evening, just stroll down to the Brasserie or Terrace and enjoy delicious local food and watch the sun set over the horizon. Just ask for details
Children and extra adults
Children will be charged a supplement when sharing a room with two adults at the following rates: 0 - 2 years - £15 (cot, bedding, nappy bucket); 3 - 9 years - £30; 10 - 14 years £45. These charges are per child per night for the duration of the stay. All family suites are £40 per night extra in addition to the child rate. Reception staff will be happy to listen to your baby monitor in the evenings if required, don't forget to bring one with you if needed.
Where extra adults are booked into rooms, there will be a supplementary charge of £40 per person per night.
Dogs
Well-behaved dogs with responsible owners are welcome. The daily charge includes, if required, a meal of tinned food. One paw over the threshold and the charge applies, Please note that whilst walking your dog in the grounds, you are responsible for clearing up any mess. Dog charges are £13 per dog per night. Maximum of 2 dogs per room.
Refurbishment Works
We are delighted to announce that our south facing hotel bedroom refurbishment plans will be commencing earlier than expected, in November 2009. All work should be completed in time for a hopefully sunny and spring-like Easter in April 2010. The new 'Fistral View' rooms will offer contemporary beachside living, with all the flair The Headland is renowned for. With excellent views down the length of Fistral Beach, these south-facing rooms offer the perfect landscape for the fanatical surfer or wave watcher.
