The Headland is looking to recruit a professional Executive Head Chef to join the Senior Management team. We are looking for an organised individual with excellent management skills, combined with a passion for using our quality local produce. Seasonal table d’hote menus with a la carte choices, weddings and conferences, two kitchens serving the Restaurant, the Terrace and the Spa lounge and a great brigade to join and so on.
